Social Life,

family I had a very pleasant dream…
While waiting for my boyfriend to arrive from work, my aunt in California sent a Christmas gift: knee-high red boots and red trolley bag.
Seems like am going somewhere…in style!

Social Life,
dream,
family That is the title of the movie that am watching now. It’s a Saturday and my day is just starting. A typical working day for me (that is everyday of course) starts at 12nn. I take my breakfast between 10 and 11. I then check my email and my favorite websites. I watch some tv too, just to check the news.
I usually visit the same websites especially when I want to buy something. Before buying a gadget, I marvel at it online, everyday. Am like that when I want something. I give my brain the time to process having such a thing so I’d be ready when I finally get it and just to be sure that I want it. I have too many things in my house already and adding up some more wouldn’t make it easier for me to manage all of it.
While watching the movie WANTED, I started wondering what I wanted at this time or in the coming year. Am such a woman, I multitask all the time. Hahahaha. Well, before I digress, I want to thank my sponsor for the recent Singles Retreat that I attended (B1G 4) exactly a week ago. It was held at Chateau Royale in Nasugbu, Batangas from Nov 29-Dec 1. There were 940 participants, singles of course, yuppies, mostly Christians (if you know what I mean). Am unaffiliated. Am still searching but I would say that am spiritual more than the religious type. It’s just so nice to search and choose for yourself. I was christened thru Catholic rites. My mother is a Marian devotee, a very prayerful woman. She has been our source of strength, the problem solver, the money manager. We call her perfect because we can’t outwit her.
Anyway, my mother and I want to have a new house and that is one of the reasons am spending Christmas with my parents in Pangasinan to talk about that. Am sold on the idea, simply because I don’t want to argue with my mother. She can talk for hours, days, months just to let you know that her idea is great. So just say yes and the discussion is over. Hahahaha. By the way, it was my mother who planned to have our house here in the city and the farm in the province. Believe me, she knows where to get the money. Of course it helped that my father gave all his money to her.
What else? Hmmm. I want to travel more next year. I finally want to use my 29″ luggage. I want to visit my friend in Ascoli Piceno and probably have a sidetrip in Paris. But before that, I want to go to Palawan and visit the Underground River.
So now, where will I get the money? Why don’t I ask my mother…hahahaha.
