Lies and Stupidity

Some people are liars. Some people are stupid.

And then there are exceptional few who are both.

Breach

A few years back I had a falling out with a good friend. It was painful but I felt the need to drop her off my list because of one thing that she did. It wasn’t really that big. Some people did worse. But I couldn’t stand it. Something inside me snapped and that ended what we had. It was a painful decision but inevitable.

Most of our friends didn’t understand why. And kept asking what that person did.

Am not angry at her. I don’t hate her. And if our paths cross again, well, I may even smile and say hi. Sadly, the warm feeling for a friend wouldn’t be there anymore.

So what was really the reason? She stood by her lies.
