Christmas P.S.

I spent Christmas in my parent’s farm in Pangasinan. Only one brother is missing, the one working in Riyadh. Obviously he can’t make it to the party. It was one treat that will be remembered for a long time. Me and my brothers (and their families) rarely get together on Christmas day since we live our own separate lives already.

I got some very nice gifts. Aside from the love that I always get year-round, the adult members of the family got a poem as Christmas gift from my nephew Karlo. Of course Karlo is turning out to be an artist, just like me! Hooray!!!!!!

“I want that! I want this too!”
Do Christmas presents make you blue?
Well, I’ve got the perfect cheer.
Christmas is forever, isn’t it dear?

Christmas will always be
A time of lots of joyful glee
Christmas will forevermore
The time of love that we adore

But remember God and all his deeds
Trust him forever and let him lead
I wrote this poem for you and me
So be merry and spread what you see.

Boots

I had a very pleasant dream…

While waiting for my boyfriend to arrive from work, my aunt in California sent a Christmas gift: knee-high red boots and red trolley bag.

Seems like am going somewhere…in style!
