Poetry By Karlo B Baingan
We always feel the dreadful change
Like our future is out of range
But sometimes it’s not that bad
Good blessings it sometimes adds
Many things will happen you know
Every thing will come and go
But 2 things will stay at this ever-changing sea
And that will be you and me
From our birth to the death
From the first word to the last breath
Our friendship will stay the same
A relationship that’s not wild but tame
It makes life like a sip of tea
All will be well if you are with me
******Karlo strikes again. On the eve of his 11th birthday he wrote another poem.

dream Well, I had another dream. I went to visit my friend, R. When I reached their apartment, I saw a cute white boy which she claims is her son. I didn’t believe her of course because she’s married to a Filipino and there is no way she’d have a white kid, until I saw a white man inside the house. He looked rugged, strong jaw, light hair and fair-skinned. Probably more European than American. The child’s name btw got me confused, his name is Noa, which I know is a perfume and a girl’s name. Hmmmm…
As soon as I got out of bed, I plugged in my laptop and searched for the meaning of Noa. It’s a perfume by Cacharel as I confirmed after a few minutes. The meaning of the name is interesting though:
Noa- a feminine Hebrew name that means movement. It is also Arabic, meaning light. In Japanese, it means with love.
Am starting to love the name.
