A Treat 3 Months Late

It must be because of our busy skeds that it took 3 months for Jon (Yes hon, he’s the guy who speaks “british”) to treat Tess and I for his 39th birthday last April 8. But as they say, “Good things come to those wait.” We had a grand time at The Thai Kitchen, located at the LG of Robinsons Galleria Mall. It was a buffet dinner so we feasted on seafood, chicken, noodles, rice (both plain and flavored), chili dishes and soup and desserts with coconut milk. The girls (Tess and myself) had two plateful of all those while Jon had three! The desserts were inviting so we didn’t resist. We just had to get some. Pity, we were so full that we didn’t have a taste of everything. Anyway, there is always a next time. We’re planning to fly to Boracay for Jon’s 40th Birthday if he’ll be generous enough. Hahahaha. Wish!

My Lazy Day

For this week, it was Saturday. I did practically NOTHING! I didn’t wash the laundry, I didn’t pay the bills, I didn’t clean the house, I didn’t bathe my dog, I didn’t cook a decent meal, I didn’t go to the grocery, I didn’t shop, I didn’t update my websites and my sis-in-law’s. But I overslept. I watched two movies. I chatted with my bf (Hi, Honey!). I taught my aunt some stuffs about chatting. I showed my aunt my nieces and nephew’s video. I fed my dog and cat. I charged my PDA and mobile phones. I played computer games.

Yes I was a bum for a day. And I deserve it you know. Cos I work 5 times a week. I pay all my bills. I spend for everything in my house. I work, I play, I bum around. This is the good life.

I wish I can do it every week. Dream on!
